Validation - Major Shows 

Cattle validation is June 25^th from 8:30 – 2:00 at the Williamson County Expo Center.  There will be new safety protocols due to COVID-19. Please know that in addition to those, we will be taking temperatures of all people exiting their trucks.  Anyone with a fever will be asked to return home.  People who are able to exit the trucks will have a wristband.  We can only have 10 people out at a time.

If you have a NEW HEIFER for validation please email Mrs. M a scanned copy of the papers and she will send them to the county. 

If the student has an animal residing outside of Williamson County, but under the care of the exhibitor/immediate family, then a cross county validation form needs to be filled out.  Please contact Shelly Franklin and she will send you the paperwork.  These cross county validations need to be approved at many levels.  These forms are due June 17^th

Below are the forms that will need to be filled out and brought with you to validation. Please make sure that you email or Remind Mrs. M the time that you will so that she can sign off on the paperwork. If parent is not going to validation you MUST have the PARENTAL WAIVER. 

IF YOU HAVE AN ANIMAL OUT OF THE COUNTY, please email the RULE #3 to SHELLY FRANKLIN or MRS. M on JUNE 17th
